Hot Wing Dip

At book club last month we read Ray Bradbury's Farenheit 451. My friend who was hosting the night tried to come up with food that would go with the theme (fire). Instead of just serving messy hotwings, she came up with a hot wings dip. It was so yummy. We all stood over it "Have you tried this?" "It's so good!" "I need this recipe!" At which point I snapped a picture with my trusty camera phone, (of course I had to actually wait for John to be in town to help me upload the pictures to my computer) and said "Hey Lisa! Do you mind? I'm putting this on my food blog? Can you send me the recipe?" (the nerve of some people. sheesh.)

Hot Wing Dip

2 packages cream cheese – softened
1 cup of Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing
12 oz Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
2-4 cups of shredded (or chopped) chicken
16 oz of shredded cheese
Combine all ingredients but reserve half of the shredded cheese to put on top. Put in a greased baking dish and put in a 350° oven for 30-45 minutes.

It’s great to eat with celery and/or crackers.
