My favorite eggs

As long as I'm on a bacon grease kick, I might as well mention my very favorite way to make scrambled eggs. I don't do this all the time, just every once in awhile. Truthfuly I'm more likely to spray the pan with Pam and use twice as many egg whites as whole eggs, but every once in awhile I like to give in to certain indulgences.

I totally remember the first time I had eggs this way, or maybe I should say the first time I remember having eggs this way, was like 5 years ago. I was visiting my parents in Utah, and my mom made some up for me. I don't even remember why she did, just that it totally rocked my world.

It's so simple too- just fry up some little bacon pieces til they are nice and crispy
Then add the eggs and cook until done.
That's it. Maybe some salt and pepper-(if the bacon isn't salty enough for you). Maybe some cheese, or onions, or other vegetables. Me, I'm a purist. I don't want to mask the flavor of the bacon too much, so I don't add anything else.
